(More customer reviews)I purchased this toaster last month and it burns on one half of one side and does not toast at all on the other half of the same side.No matter what you put in (bagels or bread), no matter what setting number, both slots do the same thing. If you look into the toaster, all the elements heat up properly, so I cannot figure out why it does not work.It toasts fast, but that doesn't matter much when it doesn't toast properly. I returned it.
